By volunteering with St Joseph's Outreach Services (SJOS), you will be doing your bit, helping us to assist individuals and families who are struggling with the basic necessities. In sharing your time, skills, knowledge and networks you can make a positive change, helping the people we support to overcome disadvantage and empowering them to build better futures for themselves.
It is estimated that in Melbourne, 1 in 4 people do some kind of volunteer work. SJOS believes that everyone has something to offer, whether you have a specialised skill, qualification, are interested in corporate volunteering or you just want to make a difference, we will do our best to match your interests with our activities, aiming to make your experience as a volunteer a satisfying one.
Anyone over 18 can volunteer with us. We have a formal process in place for those who wish to volunteer with us. Simply complete the below form and we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss what opportunities may be available and the procedures for doing so.
